IHC is a consultancy built on extensive experience in business and people management gained from a number of diverse working careers including the Armed Forces/the Police/IT and Physical security backgrounds.
Following several years running two established consultancy businesses, working around the world to gain a more rounded and diverse strategic skill set to the other business abilities already learned, Ian launched IHC Limited as an independent security consultancy.
We use the strong network gained through previous experience to support clients in multinational risk audits, brand protection work, travel safety and cost reduction initiatives alongside more mainstream security consultancy work.
A business coaching qualification in 2007 has enabled IHC to add the training and development of individuals and teams in business management; team building; motivation, and the achievement of personal and strategic goals to the skill sets that we offer.
